Our In-House Membership Plan
Annual Benefits
Think of it like a gym membership for your teeth: one annual commitment covers the routine visits that keep small problems small. Our annual membership plan includes the preventive services insurance usually covers, along with added savings:
- Routine Visits include two cleanings and dental exams every year
- Preventive Care covers your X-rays and fluoride treatments each year
- Adult Plan members can expect to save more than 50 percent
- Child Plan members can expect to save more than 60 percent
- Extra Treatment earns a 15 percent discount during your enrollment
Savings are compared with our standard fees, and the 15 percent discount applies to additional treatment completed during your enrollment, including cosmetic and advanced restorative services.
Terms & Conditions
Our adult plan saves more than $380 off standard fees, and our child plan saves more than $420. Two routine preventive appointments and 15 percent off all other treatment are valid for 12 months from your enrollment date. A deep cleaning is not a routine appointment, though the 15 percent discount applies to it and to other periodontal care. No annual limits, deductibles, missing-tooth clauses, waiting periods, or hidden costs apply.

Do You Accept Dental Insurance?
We are a fee-for-service practice, so we are not in-network with insurance plans. We file your paperwork as a courtesy and provide any documents your insurance company needs, so you can pursue the reimbursement your plan allows.
What Payment Options Do You Offer?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and CareCredit, and we offer in-house payment plans. Patients without insurance can also join our in-house membership plan. Our team is happy to review your options before treatment begins.
What Should I Expect at My First Appointment?
Your first visit is a one-on-one consultation where Dr. Rigby learns about your dental history and goals. Please bring any X-rays taken within the last year and your completed new patient forms, or arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to fill them out.
